It's official!! The Kills have finished their fourth studio album! Here's their latest update via Facebook...
"Well hello friends. Happy new year to all of you! I write to you from Michigan on a snowy-ish evening. With Christmas and New Years festivities seemingly over, a flight early in the morning beckons and I have good news! The 4th Kills album is FINISHED! RECORDED+MIXED+MASTERED and all that jazz. This will be the two piece's first studio release together since Midnight Boom in 2008. Recently they recorded a cover of the Velvet Underground's "Pale Blue Eyes" for Levi's Pioneer Sessions. Alison has been, of course, touring and recording with her other outfit, and Casserole favorite, The Dead Weather. Meanwhile, guitarist Jamie Hince had been rumored to have started a band with supermodel girlfriend, Kate Moss.
